Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days, including images of the issue. We will happily send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

Items Lost in Transit

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge our shipping timelines. While most orders are delivered within the specified time frames, factors like customs inspections may occasionally cause delays. If your order exceeds the expected delivery time by 10 business days, please contact us, and we will be glad to send a replacement or provide a full refund.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Our policy covers defective or damaged items, sizing issues, and items lost in transit. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and this policy helps us provide you with excellent service.

​Lost or Stolen Packages

Geny Apparel is not liable for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered to the address provided at the time of order. Upon request, we will verify the delivery details, including the address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier details, for your investigation.
